SBI - Smart Town Booking of the plot will be accepted on 30% down payment of the total sale value
The remaining amount has to be paid in '3' (three) equal instalments every 8 months/ as and when demanded depending upon the development of the layout
Time required for the completion of layout will be about 24 (Twenty Four) months from the date of booking
Allotment of the plot will be confirmed on a first come first serve basis
